1) 18in big bowl big volume centrifuges.
The important part of the order is a fleet of 18in big bowl big volume centrifuges. With optimized design, our centrifuge can have a better full life cycle working performance compared with other brands. Also, the spare parts replacement cycle is minimized to reduce the manpower required for the maintenance. At same cost, our centrifuge can provide more value-added services to the drilling operations. The 18in big bowl centrifuge is equivalent to HS-2000 NOV Brandt centrifuge or Swaco CD500 Centrifuges. Besides 18in bowl size centrifuges, we can also provide 14in bowl centrifuge similar to Derrick DE1000 centrifuge with both FS and VFD drive types. Our 14in bowl size centrifuge also equivalent to Swaco 518 / Swaco 518HV and NOV brandt 3400 model centrifuges. We are all special designed for oil driling heavy mud treatment. Along with the 18in big bowl centrifuges, we provided Germany brand Netzsch brand pumps for feeding centrifuge; and we provide telescopic skid to support the centrifuge at rigsite.
2) High Quality Vertical cuttings dryer
Vertical cuttings dryer plays an important role in the drilling cuttings treatment which is discharged from shale shaker, to remove the oil on cuttings, recycle the OBM drilling fluids and dry the drilling cuttings for easier transportation.
The vertical cuttings dryer is equipped with specialized basket screen to block the solids inside and separate the liquid outside. The air knife with high pressure will be adopted during working to avoid screen gap block.
Customized high skid working with vertical cuttings dryer also provided by our company. The lifting hoist crane stand in the skid to help to remove the upper cover of the dryer for maintenance, safe working and minimize manpower. More technical features and advantages below for reference.

Screw conveyor is the conveying equipment working in solids control & drilling waste management. We provided more than 10sets screw conveyor in this order.
