CE Certified Desanding Plant and Centrifugal Pumps Delivery to Europe

Sand water separation process is widely adopted in many industries production. It is the requirement of recycle, reuse, cost-saving, environmental protection and sustainable development. Through years of working on separation process equipment manufacturing, KES Separation has grown into one of leading brand in separation equipment & solutions.

Recently we have 3sets CE Certified desanding plant and centrifugal pumps ready for delivery to Europe. The desanding plant will be applied to remove the sands from sand water slurry. After the sand removed, the clean water will be returned to water treatment system. Meanwhile, the desanding plant can also applied to construction mud desanding and recycling, eg. TBM tunneling mud desanding, bore hole drilling desanding, mini HDD mud desanding, mini water well drilling desanding, pipling mud desanding etc. To help our client to achieve their slurry conveying purpose, our centrifugal pumps with full technical documents were approved by our client. Furthermore, CE Certificate is a must-have certificate for the centrifugal pumps exported to Europe. We adjust some technical points and make our centrifugal pumps strictly follow the requirement of CE standard.

Submersible slurry pump

Submersible slurry pump is adopted in the desanding plant to work as feeding pump to the 6in cyclones. Between impeller and pump body, the slurry pump is without bearing and gland seal. It is maintenance-free design and can bear high temperature slurry. The pump impeller is made of abrasion-resistant alloy, can convey medium with high concentration particle.

Double deck shaker

The double deck shaker is mini shaker with 2 pcs shaker screens. The raw sand slurry will be pumped to the feeding port of desanding plant, where the slurry will flow to the bottom layer shaker for 1st stage separation. We equipped 2mm stainless steel screen to remove the bigger particles in the slurry. After separation, the slag will be dumped out, and the slurry with fine solids will drop to the catch tank. And then, the slurry will be feeding to the cyclones by slurry pump. By 6in cyclones, the 30mm particles and above size particles will be separated, and the clean slurry can overflow to the intermediate tank for temporary storage.

The production standard of the tank

In order to meet the requirements of long-term use, full welding is used for welding. After welding is completed, clean the welding slag before entering the sandblasting process. After sandblasting, painting process will be adopted immediately to prevent secondary rusting of steel.

Regarding the brand of painting, we adopt Tianjin Meishibang painting which is famous for their Marine anti-corrosion paint. Many drilling rig manufactures in China adopt lots of paint from this company. All in all, it is not easy to make a perfect production after we awarded order.   • All spare parts are interchangeable with different model pumps, only the impeller is different. This help client to stock spare parts much easier.
  • The coaxial thickening design is adopted to reduce the vibration and wear during the operation of the pump.
  • The pump casing is made of wear-resistant ductile iron alloy, with higher wear resistance during tough conditions.
  • Adopt top brand bearings with stable operation and long service life.
  • Open impeller design reduces the bearing loading of the shaft effectively; prolong the service life of the bearing.
  • Impeller is made of wear-resistant alloy ductile iron by precision casting, with longer service life.
  • Anti-loosening impeller lock bolt to eliminate pump damage in case of improper motor hook-up.
  • High quality mechanical seal is adopted to prevent pump leakage.
  • Base of centrifugal pump adopts integrated casting base, much stable during working.
