Swaco, Derrick and NOV Brandt are well known as the three major solids control brands in Unites States, with wide business spreading in all the globe. As a branch brand of Schlumberger, Swaco provide solids control service, drilling waste management service with their own produced equipment and branch staff all over the world.
As one new emerged solids control equipment provider, KES Separation usually only promote our brand solids control equipment. However, when we meet with some potential clients with many years’ experiences, they might still have some inventory of Swaco centrifuges and the client might need more refurbished Swaco centrifuges to add in their current fleet. We met one case in April. The client is one of the major solids control players in Middle East and North Africa. They prefer to add more units of Swaco brand centrifuges to support the huge business. After we had a primary discussion, we took about 2 weeks to find the Used Swaco centrifuge, taking another 3 weeks to do the entire maintenance from inside to outside.

- KES Separation disassembly the screw and repair the missing tiles, repair the centrifuge pusher impellers, and did dynamic balance test and adjustment;
- KES Separation inspect and repair the bowl, big end, small end, gearbox, motors and electrical control boxes.
- KES Separation did sand-blasting and painting with high quality paint brand, which can withstand harsh environment
- After we finish the refurbishment, the clients came to inspect the centrifuges before delivery. The inspector engineers check the details of the refurbished centrifuges, and they check the vibration and noise. They are happy with the refurbished Swaco centrifuges.
Besides, we also provide Centrifuge feed pumps for the Swaco centrifuges. It is screw pump equal to Netzsch NEMO pump and Mono pumps. For the motors and control boxes, we provide Dual voltage and dual frequency configuration which gives wide application to different voltage power supply areas.
