DC WBM Dewatering Unit is a system by using Decanter Centrifuge to achieve the solids-liquid separation. It is specialized designed for Spent water-based mud dewatering can be applied to oil and gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling mud dewatering, CBM drilling mud dewatering, piling mud treatment, TBM mud dewatering, environmental sewage dewatering. After dewatering, the user can get thickened mud cake for easy disposal and clean water for recycling and reuse. The DC WBM dewatering unit is widely used to treat the Spent WBM in mud pit during drilling operations. In some cases, the drilling operator can also dump the waste mud in one big tank for temporarily storage and treat it quickly by dewatering unit.
The DC mud dewatering unit can be used for both onshore and offshore application. DC mud dewatering unit is portable design, can be used for waste water treatment, livestock farms waste water treatment, mining tailings dewatering and other similar applications. The DC Mud dewatering unit has different size to cater for different request.
