Submersible Slurry pump can be used in environmental protection engineering, municipal engineering, thermal power plant, coal coking plant, refinery, steel plant, mining, paper industry, and cement plant, food factory, printing and dyeing industries. The pump is normally used for suction & transportation of concentrated liquid, heavy oil, oil residue, drilling mud, mortar, quicksand and flowing sludge in urban sewage drainage channels. YZ slurry pump can also transport high temperature (up to 500deg C) kerosene, crude oil, asphalt, oily sludge and so on.
In drilling mud system, submersible slurry pump can be installed into mud pit, suction the mud and feed to shale shaker. The slurry pump can also be put into tank compartment and transfer the mud to the points requested.
Submersible Slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure; impeller is semi-open, with mixing blades at the extension of impeller suction edge. This pump is widely used for HDD & TBM mud recycling, and many other different industries.

Technical Features of Submersible Slurry Pump:
- Pump’s drive type: The slurry pump is connecting through the flexible coupling and the electric motor
- The pump direction of rotation is clockwise from the prime move;
- Slurry pit pump with structure of vertical single stage and single suction system overhung centrifugal pump
- Made of abrasion-resistant alloy, can convey medium with high concentration particle
- No bearing and Gland Seal between impeller and pump body, so the pit pump is maintenance-free and high temperature resistance
