In order to enhance the company’s reputation, KESS attended AEP Exhibition in Brisbane, Australia, where we have promoted our main business and products, including solids control and waste management equipment and filtration equipment.
Recently, we assisted in a marsh drilling operation in Nigeria, where our vertical cutting dryers made a great difference and worked well. Our KESS VFD Centrifuge like Derrick DE1000VFD will be good option for users, the operator can adjust the bowl speed and differential speed in a flexible way.
From 8th to 10th April 2025, KES Separation machinery attended OMC offshore oil conference in Ravenna Italy, where we met lots of key players presenting solutions and cutting-edge technology. We discussed about optimized solutions to solids control, drilling waste management, electrical modification solutions and offshore tanks.
After SAIPEC 2025 oil exhibition in Lagos, we provided commissioning service to one package of solids control equipment stock in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Overall, the machines went very smoothly and were running without any problem at all.

Drilling cuttings blower is a key unit in the complete pneumatic transfer system. The cuttings discharged from solids control equipment can drop in the collection hopper of the drilling cuttings blower, and then conveyed to the mud skips or cuttings tanks for temporary storage on a barge.
Since later of 2022, we started a project for Senegal Drilling slops treatment. After several rounds of discussion, the clients confirmed on the separation equipment including shale shakers, flocculent unit, 2-phase decanter centrifuges, disc stack separators, and filtration unit. Because of the Covid time restriction, the equipment was delivered at beginning of 2023, and we finalized the commissioning service by 3rd quarter of 2023. After more than 1 year, the equipment still working well.
Around middle of this year 2024, we delivered several sets of positive displacement pumps to Thailand for offshore drilling operations. Two of the pumps was planned to be working as centrifuge feed pump and work with Derrick DE1000FHD; other pumps were planned to work as transfer pumps and delivery pumps in the drilling fluids handling system.
