Recently, the Frac fluid treatment system manufactured by KES Separation Machinery for an oilfield company has come to an end. The whole system is being tested before leaving the factory. The system includes a dosing unit, a reaction unit, a sedimentation unit, a dissolved air flotation unit, and a fine filtration unit.

The basic working principal is to coagulate the ultra-fine solids and separate by filter cloth, press to mud cake. Before order, we showed the work site pictures, videos and customer feedback of domestic project.

To solve the problem, we are developing drilling fluids Purification Unit which can further separate the fine solids from drilling fluids and make the water very clean to reach the standard of discharge, without contaminate the soil.
