KESS screw press sludge dewatering machine is a kind of economic and environmentally friendly sludge dewatering equipment. It is a new type of sludge extrusion dewatering equipment by using the principle of screw extrusion, through the strong squeezing force generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, and the tiny gap between the floating ring and the fixed ring, to realize solid-liquid separation.
Compared with VFD screw conveyor, the manual regulation screw conveyor can work with fixed speed control cabinet, much easy operation and lower purchase cost. Also, the screw conveyor speed can be adjusted according to the need of drilling operations.
Recently, the Frac fluid treatment system manufactured by KES Separation Machinery for an oilfield company has come to an end. The whole system is being tested before leaving the factory. The system includes a dosing unit, a reaction unit, a sedimentation unit, a dissolved air flotation unit, and a fine filtration unit.

To solve the problem, we are developing drilling fluids Purification Unit which can further separate the fine solids from drilling fluids and make the water very clean to reach the standard of discharge, without contaminate the soil.
